In DECHO, we offer free sample tests for standard machines and free sample sourcing (such as terminals and wires) for a crimping applicator building. Every process is strictly conducted according to our standard workflow and internal management system to make sure that our customers can turn the machine into production right after receiving the machine with minimized downtime.The scheduled video calls via Teams, WhatsApp, Skype, or WeChat help to confirm the machine's feasibility before shipment. All the important data in the program will be copied and stored in DECHO's internal system in case of any changes by accident.

Warranty Policy
